Okay, so after a weekend to listen to a lot of people's suggestions, it seems a lot of you all seem to think in the same way.
Basically, the gist of it is as follows:
A new type of Admin Team with multiple levels:
- MODERATOR -
One level for moderating (removing spam in forums, responding to tickets, etc)
- GAME MANAGER -
Another level for those trusted Admins, who can search for duping players and kill / punish them (note: All Admin Actions like this are, and have always been recorded). The Game Manager will not have the ability to favour users any more, nor will he / she be able to change people's passwords, or email addresses, ban users or otherwise upset gameplay because they like or dislike someone.
- ADMIN -
I will be the only person with this type of account for now. The Game Manager will be able to notify me when someone needs banning (with evidence of course) or any higher level stuff needs to be done (favours, etc). The notification will go straight to my mobile phone, where I can make the action within a couple of minutes (assuming I am awake)
So.... Opinions please?

For the GM account can I suggest giving them a mute button that stops players being able to write messages and post in the forum because from past experience if a player wants to be a pain in the arse and the this new GM role can't ban the user then they have the ability to come back and cause trouble if the Admin aint available.
The mute button would be based on the players email or ip.

I have one question Paul, what rights will the "Admin Team" have, I mean moderators, GMs Admins, will they be able to have accounts that they can rank and play the game with? For if they can in no way influence the game and accounts why not? what other rights will they have, or is it all responsibilities?
