Time for some Weight Training?
Every gangster needs some weight training from time to time.
Keeping your body in good shape, doesn't just make you look good and intimidating. It gives you the extra strength when you need it most throughout your gangster career.
Remember, while everybody can bulk up pretty well, you will need to keep returning to the gym in order to stay that way.

Cops catching you too often fat boy?
A bit of time on the treadmill at the running club does nobody any harm.
Even more important when you're a mobster, you need the extra speed and endurance to make a quick getaway, or stay on the run when you're chased by the cops.
Keeping on top of your own endurance training programme will keep your stamina levels high.
